We reserve the right to modify or delete accounts as necessary. Your account will grant you access to Ittara's complete range of products and services.

2.2. When registering an account, you will be asked to provide personal details. Without this information, we will not be able to process your registration, and you may not be able to make any purchases. A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is successfully completed.

2.3. We are not obligated to approve every registration or accept every order, even if the customer is a registered user. Furthermore, we are not required to maintain a permanent stock of all products or guarantee the availability of any specific items. This does not affect orders that have already been placed.

2.4. By registering for an account or placing an order on Ittara, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

By placing an order, providing delivery instructions, or accepting the product, you agree to comply with these Terms. Formation of Contract

4.1. When placing an order, customers must complete the registration process on our website, selecting products, modifying selections as needed, and submitting an order for processing. The total cost, inclusive of delivery charges and taxes, will be displayed once the order is finalized, which may differ from any previously indicated pricing.

4.2. Payment must be rendered in full at the time of order placement through an accepted payment method, such as Net banking, credit or debit card. Customers must ensure that their payment method is valid, authorized, and has sufficient funds. The accuracy of all information submitted during the order process is the responsibility of the customer.

4.3. We reserve the right to verify payment information prior to processing an order. By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and is responsible for reviewing them before confirming any purchase.

4.4. Invoices and other payment-related documents will be issued electronically. A contract is formed only when the order is accepted, either through written confirmation or by commencement of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons such as product unavailability or pricing errors.

4.5. If a customer wishes to cancel an order prior to acceptance, any payments made will be refunded promptly. Should a customer identify an error in their order after submission, they should contact us immediately. However, changes to the order or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after submission.

4.6. Prices displayed at the time of order are subject to verification. Should a discrepancy arise, the customer will be notified. A contract is formed solely in respect to the products explicitly confirmed in the acceptance email.

Pricing and Payment

5.1. All prices listed for Ittara products are in the respective currency of the country selected by the user or as identified by the system and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2. The total price payable will include the cost of the product(s) and any applicable taxes and delivery charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5.3. Payment for orders must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including net banking, credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as specified on the website. An electronic invoice will be issued upon successful payment processing.

5.4. If payment is declined or fails to process, your order may not be fulfilled until the payment issue is resolved. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is correct and up to date.

5.5. Ittara reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the payment if fraud, errors, or other issues are detected.

Cancellation of Contract by Us

6.1. We reserve the right to cancel any contract if product availability cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, the customer will be promptly notified, and any payments made will be refunded via the original payment method.

Faulty or Defective Products

7.1. We warrant that products will conform to the description provided and be free from material defects at the time of delivery. Customers must use the products in accordance with any instructions provided.

7.2. Customers must film an unboxing video and email to Ittara in case of damaged package or defective product. The product must be retained in its delivered condition and must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Ittara will inspect and verify any defects, and we may also require specific information regarding the defect for further action.

7.3. Products showing signs of misuse, improper care, or deterioration due to normal wear and tear may not be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

Delivery

8.1. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order submission. We are not responsible for delays or damages arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8.2. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We will make a reasonable effort to deliver the products within the stated timeframes.

8.3. All international shipments are processed under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The customer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by the destination country. Failure to settle these charges may result in delivery delays, non-delivery, or the return of the shipment. Ittara will not be held liable for such occurrences. 8.4. We are not liable for any delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen disruptions.

8.5. The customer must inspect the product upon delivery. Any issues with the delivery, such as damage or missing items, must be reported within 7 days of receipt. After this period, no claims for damages or missing products will be entertained.

8.6. If the customer is unavailable to receive the product at the time of delivery, Ittara is not responsible for any delays or failure in delivering the product. If an alternate address or delivery time is required, the customer must notify Ittara in advance.

Return and Refund Policy

9.1. Customers may return products within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, security and all tags intact and accompanied by the original receipt. An unboxing video of the product is required for the return or exchange to be approved.

9.2. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and customers will be notified once the return has been accepted and processed.

9.3. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will accept the return and issue a full refund. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by Ittara.

9.4. For approved returns, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the original payment method.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

10.1. Ittara provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

10.2. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, cosmetic damage, third-party alterations, or loss of personal items.

10.3. To file a warranty claim, customers must email contact@ittarabags.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

10.4. If the claim is approved, Ittara will repair the product or replace it with the same or equivalent item.

10.5. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Ittara. Ittara will bear return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

10.6. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and claims must be filed within one year of purchase.

Privacy and Data Protection

11.1. We respect the privacy of our customers and are committed to safeguarding their personal data. Information collected during the ordering process, including name, address, and payment details, is stored securely.

12.3. The customer agrees not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Ittara by reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of our products or branding without prior written consent.

12.4. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

12.5. You must not use any part of the materials on the Websites for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or our licensors.

12.6. If you print off, copy, or download any part of the Websites in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the Websites will cease immediately, and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

15.1. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana.

15.2. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer service team to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may proceed to arbitration or litigation as applicable.
