Shipping Policy


Shipping Charges

1. Shipping is free to most locations across India.

2. Orders to remote locations, including Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern states, and rural areas, may incur additional charges. Where applicable, shipping will be calculated at Checkout and added to the total cart value.


Delivery Timelines

1. Orders are shipped within 5–10 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

2. Rural and remote locations may require additional delivery time.


Delivery Guidelines

1. PO boxes and military addresses are not eligible for delivery.


Additional Information

1. Ittara is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government interventions, or other events beyond control.

2. If the customer is unavailable to receive the product at the time of delivery, Ittara is not responsible for any delays or failure in delivering the product. If an alternate address or delivery time is required, the customer must notify Ittara in advance.


International Shipping


1.1. Delivery Terms

1.All international shipments are processed on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The prices on our website do not include any applicable taxes, import duties, or additional charges that may be levied upon the package's arrival in the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


1.2. Recipient Responsibilities

1. The recipient is obligated to pay any import duties, customs charges, and taxes required for the delivery of the package. As customs regulations and fees vary by country, we strongly advise the recipient to consult their local customs office or its official website to understand the specific requirements and charges that may apply.


1.3. Non-Delivery and Refund Policy

1. Ittara will not be held liable for non-delivery of orders in instances where the product is undelivered because the recipient fails to settle the applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges. Refund or exchange eligibility in such cases will be assessed based on the circumstances of each case. Due to the varying factors involved in international shipping and customs clearance, Ittara cannot guarantee refunds or exchange.

2. If the undelivered product is returned to Ittara, we will inspect the product upon receipt. Products are eligible for return or exchange only when they are returned in original, unused, undamaged condition.

3. No refund or exchange is allowed in cases where the product is not returned to Ittara, or returned in damaged condition.
