Shipping Information

We ship our bags worldwide directly from our workshop in India. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched with a reliable international courier.

Delivery Timeline

US deliveries typically arrive within 5–12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to local postal handling or customs processing.

At checkout, your order will be charged in USD. The price you see includes product cost and applicable duties and import charges — you will not receive additional customs fees when your package arrives.

Shipping Charges

We offer free express international shipping on all orders. No shipping fee will be added at checkout.

Import Duties & Customs

All customs duties and import charges for the destination country are included in your purchase price. You will not be asked to pay additional fees on delivery or at customs.

If you have questions about local import regulations before ordering, you may refer to your local customs authority for general guidance.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If delivery is delayed due to carrier or postal service issues (weather, holidays, local postal delays, etc.), we will assist you in tracking your order.

If the carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you for updated details. Delays caused by recipient unavailability at the time of delivery are not the responsibility of Ittara.

Returns & Non-Delivery Due to Refusal

If a shipment is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was refused, we will inspect the returned item.

Returned products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are received by us in original, unused, and undamaged condition.

Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

We will process refunds or exchanges based on the condition of the returned item and within our standard return guidelines.
