Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
· The item must be unused
· The item must be in its original condition
· All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included
We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use.
How to Start a Return

In your email, include:
· Your order number
· The item(s) you want to return
· A brief reason for the return
We’ll reply with return instructions and a return authorization.
Return Shipping
Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Ittara is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Please send returns to the address provided by our support team after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Important notes:
· Shipping charges (paid at checkout), if any, are not refundable.
· Taxes collected at checkout (such as US sales tax) may be refunded in accordance with payment provider rules.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
· Items that are used, damaged, or altered
· Items without original tags or packaging
· Items marked as final sale or not eligible for return
