Return & Exchange
All purchases made on Ittarabags.com are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The items must be in unused and original condition, with security tag and all other tags and packaging intact.
Damage, Defects, or Missing Items
We warrant that products will conform to the description provided and be free from material defects at the time of delivery. Customers must use the products in accordance with any instructions provided.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in new, unused, original condition, free of any damage or signs of wear.
- All original tags, security tag, packaging, and components must be intact.
- The customer must inspect the product upon delivery. For damage, defects, or missing items, retain the package in the condition received.
- All return, exchange, replacement requests, including for damage, defect, or missing items, must be reported within 7 days of receipt. After this period, no requests will be entertained.
- Ittara will inspect and verify the request and may require specific information regarding the damage or defect for further action.
- Products showing signs of misuse, improper care, or deterioration due to normal wear and tear may not be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
Unboxing Video Guidelines
- The video must be continuous and uninterrupted.
- It should show a clear view of the sealed parcel.
- Start recording the unboxing video while opening the parcel. Ensure the video captures the entire process, from unsealing the package to inspecting the product.
- Any issues, damages, or defects with the product or parcel must be clearly visible in the video.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used, altered, or damaged items.
- Items with missing tags or without original packaging.
- Items marked as Custom, Final Sale, or Not eligible for return or exchange.
- Requests without the unboxing video might not be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Submit a Return/Exchange Request
- All return, exchange, replacement requests must be submitted on Ittara’s website within 7 days of delivery.
- The request will be reviewed and assessed as per Ittara's Return and Exchange policy.
- The status of the request will be communicated to the user via email. For approved requests, Ittara will arrange for a reverse pickup.
Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.
Exchange Processing
For exchange, store credit will be issued, valid for one year from the date of issue.
Other Information
Return & Exchange requests may be rejected if the required conditions are not met.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
