Refund Policy for Ittara Bags
At Ittara Bags, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at ittarabags@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ittarabags@gmail.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, send us an email at ittarabags@gmail.com, and we will assist you further.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
