Care Instructions

  1. Cork Care:
    • Storage: Store your Ittara bag in its dust bag in a cool, dry place. To help maintain its shape, avoid creasing or placing heavy items on top of it. Keep away from prolonged humidity, moisture, and direct sunlight.
    • Cleaning: Gently wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth and allow it to air dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight. Avoid excess water and never machine wash.
  2. Bidri Care:
    • Cleaning: Avoid soap, salt, acids, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the finish. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
    • Moisture: Keep the Bidri detail away from prolonged moisture. If exposed to water, wipe dry immediately and apply a small amount of coconut oil.
    • Restoring Shine: To revive the silver’s shine, gently polish with a soft cloth and a small amount of coconut oil. For light tarnishing, a simple eraser can be used to restore the finish.
